Freighter Anchorage: Risks and Liabilities

The Valdes Island Conservancy was asked to provide input on the issue of the increased freighter and tanker traffic in the Strait of Georgia. In response, the following document provides a risk/threat assessment, focusing on the current and future state of the local environment.
